Mary Maldonado is a Director of Human Resources with Charter Communications in NYC. In her role, she supports a Technical Operations group of 2000 employees and is responsible for the implementation and execution of effective human resources practices including change management, employee engagement, leadership coaching, talent assessment and labor relations.

She specializes in driving a performance culture and measurable results through a unique combination of communication skills, employee relations acumen and policy expertise to best support business partners, empower leaders and strengthen the business. The support Mary and her team provided to Technical Operations was a contributing factor in the group surpassing company goals in 2015. More importantly accomplishing a performance turnaround unprecedented in the industry.

A cornerstone of Mary’s career was built on her commitment to operating with integrity this has translated itself in her career as a unique ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.

Mary has a diverse background in both experience and industries; she has worked in higher education, research, government and philanthropic institutions supporting client groups as large as 3,000 in the disciplines of benefits, compensation, compliance, staffing, retention, training, payroll and recruiting.

Mary earned her designation of PHR as Professional in Human Resources in 1999 and has over 20+ years of progressive HR experience.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Deviant Behavior and Social Control from John Jay College and an Executive Masters in Labor Relations from the Zicklin School of Business.  She is an active member of NAMIC, SHRM, SCTE & WICT.  Her other interests include reading nonfiction, traveling, decorating and checking items off her bucket list.

Lisa Tisdale has more than 15 years of research consulting experience with a specific focus on providing insights from research to guide marketing and product development strategies.

Prior to starting Tis Insights, Lisa held senior positions at Time Warner Cable and HBO, where she led all market research initiatives for their corporate marketing, product development and website strategy teams.

Lisa has worked with one of the world’s largest research companies, Research International, conducting a broad range of qualitative and quantitative international projects for clients across a variety of industries.

Lisa holds a dual B.S. in marketing and finance and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Joanne Tombrakos is the Founder and Chief Storyteller at One Woman’s Eye Consulting and Training. A Digital Business Development and Marketing Consultant, Personal Brand Advisor and Coach, she is passionate about building brands for the digital age. Considered a SME in content marketing, social media and personal branding, she also teaches a graduate class in Digital Marketing at NYU.

Her consulting services include personal brand advisement and coaching, digital business development and strategy planning, content strategy and creation and social media strategy and management. She also offers training in all of the above areas.

Her signature product, YOUR DIGITAL YOU, an introductory course in personal branding is offered online and on demand, in small workshops and may also be customized to bring in-house for your group or organization.

A graduate of Rider and Temple University and a two-time career reinventor, her professional experience includes a background in traditional media, having held sales and marketing management positions at CBS and Time Warner in radio and television.

Above all she is a writer, the author of two books, It Takes An Egg Timer, A Guide To Creating The Time For Your Life and a novel, The Secrets They Kept and the publisher of a weekly newsletter, One Woman’s Eye, a curation of tips, tools, and inspiration to help you thrive in a digital world. She is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post.

Raquelle M. Zuzarte is a global citizen and passionate storyteller, having lived in the Middle East, Europe, India, Australia and the US. She has led global marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 brands at Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble and Accenture. She currently serves as a marketing leader in the Media & Entertainment industry at Spectrum Reach (Charter Communication’s Media & Advertising business) where she runs the Marketing Science group. Her group is charged with developing the latest marketing technology and client experience platforms to drive growth for clients across key industries, including Automotive, Healthcare and Retail.

She serves on the Board of the Procter & Gamble Alumni and the P&G Global Woman’s Forum in New York, the Executive Committee of She Runs It (Advertising Women of New York) and was named a Rising Leader by WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) in 2012. Raquelle has been recognized with multiple awards including Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Award, the McKinsey & Company Award, Ad Age’s Best B2B Digital Campaign and a Cannes Lion (shortlist). She graduated with distinction from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics and obtained her MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and Kellogg Business School.
