Session 4: Using Yoga for Strength and Resiliency
In this session, Eliza will discuss how the practice of yoga can support our body anatomically, allowing us to feel mobile and strong both mentally and physically. This short discussion will be followed by a 45 minute practice on strength and resiliency. Please come prepared wearing comfortable, movable clothing, and with a
yoga mat or just a carpeted floor.

Eliza Hull

Eliza has practiced yoga for almost a decade and has taught for over two years in New York City. She offers intentional, active yoga classes for both beginners and more advanced practitioners and can guide a wide variety of meditation experiences as well. With over 400 hours of training from Y7 Studio and other training facilities, Eliza brings fluidity and precision to her sequences and energy and humor to her classes. Eliza prides herself on making all postures and yoga philosophy accessible to all. In addition to her teaching certification, she has experience with intelligent sequencing, posture workshops, meditation, yoga nidra, ayurveda, the yoga sutras, the chakras, mental health first aid as well as other methodologies.
