We hosted a Virtual Book Club event to discuss Grace Killelea’s The Confidence Effect: Every Woman’s Guide to the Attitude That Attracts Success.

Margaret Neale, the Adams Distinguished Professor of Management at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, joined us to explore the unique challenges that women face when negotiating in the webinar Getting (More of) What You Want. The session offered a clear set of negotiating strategies that have proved successful for women in getting (more of) what they want in their social interactions and in their careers.
