The WICT Network: New York is excited to host its first event for Stamford-area members!

The event is themed “Creating Community Where You Are” and aims to bring like-minded individuals to connect and grow.

This Stamford event is part of The WICT Network: New York’s ambassador program, aiming to reach existing members and inspire potential new members of The WICT Network.

The event will feature guest speaker Michelle Powell, SVP, Business Integration at Charter Communications. Michelle will delve into how you can overcome both internal and external discriminatory barriers in the workplace to achieve your goals and live authentically.

This talk is designed to inspire you to recognize your inherent power, build your confidence and create positive change in your personal and professional life, as well as within your community.

Meet Our Guest Speaker -  Michelle Powell

Michelle Powell is a highly experienced executive with over 30 years of experience within the industry. Most recently, she played an integral role in the launch of Spectrum Mobile, a new line of business at Charter Communications. Prior, she was a key player in the merge and acquisition of three companies into one, focusing on standardizing policies and processes and defining roadmap, requirements and implementation efforts to integrate back office provisioning systems into a single platform. She’s extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the SDLC processes for new product development. This includes defining and documenting business rules and requirements, overseeing development efforts, planning and executing Quality Assurance, User Acceptance and Beta Testing and planning launches of new products, systems and services. Michelle has over 16 years of experience in the following various operational settings; Customer Service/Call Center Management, Billing, Collections and Fulfillment & Field Services.
