1.     How long have you been a WICT Network member?

I have been a member since 1990, 32 years. 

2.     Who is a great (woman) leader/mentor you have had in your career?  

I am fortunate to have had so many great women leaders who were mentors for me in my career. My first manager pushed me to take risks and learn new things, allowed bandwidth for me to make mistakes and grow, and held me accountable for the heights she knew I could attain.  As I progressed in my career, balancing a busy personal life with the exciting television industry, I relied on so many women and men at my company, on the WICT Boards in which I served, as well as clients and colleagues in the business to provide advice and a sounding board for critical decisions in my life.   I also had incredible male leaders in my career who promoted & supported, advocated for, and taught me great business and life skills along the way.  I am not the person I am today without all the outstanding leaders and mentors I have had along the journey.

3.     What is your professional passion?   

Bringing teams together and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

 4.     What do you value most about your WICT Network membership? 

The people I have met and the profound mission the WICT Network represents.

 5.     Tell us a little about yourself: Family, Hobbies, Favorite vacation spot, etc. 

I have been married to my wonderful husband, Jeff, for 30 years and we have three young adult children, a dog, two cats, and a horse.  My favorite vacation spot is Eatons Ranch in Wolf, Wyoming, our home away from home, where we enjoy riding horses through the foothills and prairies of the Big Horn Mountains.
